Ability Advocates, in collaboration with organisations championing inclusive workplaces, is thrilled to offer an innovative 12-month trainee program designed to help people with disabilities thrive in the workplace, and to foster inclusive workplaces. 

With quarterly intakes and paid traineeships with esteemed corporate and government employers, and wrap around supports for both the trainee and workplace that include a specialised team of allied health professionals, recruitment, employment and disability specialists,  we offer a variety of trainee roles including:

Retail Trainee: Learn the ropes of the retail industry and customer service.

Hospitality Trainee: Gain hands-on experience in the vibrant hospitality sector.

Business Trainee: Get a head start in the corporate world with practical business skills.

Community Services Trainee (Aging, Disability or Youth): Make a difference in community services, specialising in aging,  disability, or youth.

Accounts Payable Trainee:  Master the art of managing payable accounts.

ICT Support Trainee:   Become a tech wizard providing crucial ICT support.

Horticulture Trainee:  Cultivate your green thumb in horticulture.

Sports Turf/Greenkeeping Trainee:  Maintain pristine sports turfs and green spaces.

Trainee Planner: Plan for success in various projects.

Trainee Aquatic Staff: Make a splash in aquatic services.

Children Services Trainee Staff: Shape the future by working with children.

Trainee Cook: Stir up success in the kitchen.
