ABILITYNEXT School leaver employment (SLES)

 At Ability Advocates, we empower young adults with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the workplace. Our comprehensive program is designed to cater to your individual needs, offering flexibility and support to ensure your success. Whether you choose to enrol for half a day, one day, or up to five days a week, we have a program that fits your schedule and goals.


Program Options


Half-Day Sessions: Focus on specific skills and topics.

Full-Day Sessions: Comprehensive learning experiences.

Up to Three Days a Week: Program of Supports for focused preparation for the workplace.

Up to Five Days a Week:     Program of Supports for Intensive preparation for the workplace.


Individualised Programs: Incorporate nationally accredited training and trainee pathway programs for up to two days a week, along with individual coaching and supports as required.
