VOICEABILITY is a transformative program funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency Peer Support and Capacity Building Grant. It is designed to empower people with disabilities to improve their quality of life and take an active role in the community. We aim to increase the skills, knowledge, and confidence of people with disabilities to access and navigate disability, health, and other community services.
Ability Advocates is seeking Expressions of Interest to contribute to the VoiceABILITY program.
We currently have opportunities for people with lived experience of disability to be part of the design and delivery of the program. People with experience with CALD groups, those-at risk of homelessness, coming out of the criminal justice system, live or work in Western Sydney/South-Western Sydney are particularly encouraged to express interest.
