Employment Pathways

We offer a variety of pathways to support your journey to meaningful employment:

• Pre-employment Skills Workshop: A two-day workshop covering essential employment-related skills such as workplace etiquette, communication, team building, and problem-solving.

• Workforce Foundations Accredited Program: A 6-9 week course providing      nationally recognised training in workplace or digital skills.

• Pathways to Traineeship Program: A 12-16 week program offering vocation-specific training, leading to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in preparation for an Inclusive Traineeship.

• Inclusive Traineeship Program: A 12-24 month paid traineeship combining      work experience with nationally recognised training.

• Inclusive Recruitment Service: Ongoing support and advocacy to place individuals into permanent roles.

We partner with Parramatta Community College and BCC Institute to offer nationally recognised training.
