 We understand that individuals with disabilities often face serious and urgent issues. That’s why the Ability Advocates Foundation offers non-legal, issue-based advocacy services. Whether you’re dealing with challenges related to the NDIS, housing and accommodation, discrimination, or instances of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, our team is here to advocate for your rights and interests.

Our Ability Connect team is here to offer personalised support and resources to help you find and keep meaningful work and grow your career. From career counselling and job search help to nationally recognised skills training and pathways programs for job readiness, we’re here to support you every step of the way. 

We help people with disabilities by offering customised traineeships and apprenticeships. 

Our organisation, Inclusive Traineeships Australia, is officially recognized to hire and place apprentices and trainees with supportive employers. We handle everything related to their employment, from hiring and training to ongoing support, ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality development.

 We offer a variety of NDIS services to help you live a fulfilling life. These include assistance with life stage transitions, innovative community participation, development of daily living and life skills, and therapeutic supports.

Navigating the NDIS can be complex. Our Support Coordination services are designed to help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with the right service providers, and prepare for review meetings. We’re here to guide you every step of the way. 

 We understand that each individual’s needs and goals are unique. That’s why we offer individual goal-oriented allied health therapy programs. Our team of experienced therapists work with you to develop a program that’s tailored to your needs and goals, and your supports a delivered by a team of therapy assistants trained in how to support your goals. 

We believe in the power of community. That’s why we offer inclusive communities group programs for individuals with disabilities and those without. These programs provide opportunities for social interaction, skill development, and fun in an inclusive environment.
