Your Own Team
You’ll have a team that understands your needs. This includes a job coach, case manager, recruitment expert, psychologist, occupational therapist, therapy assistant, and support staff.
Thorough Evaluation
Thorough Evaluation We’ll do a complete set of assessments to see if you’re ready for work and which jobs and industries suit you best. This helps us prepare you for work, transition you into the workforce, and assist you in securing and maintaining a job.
Personalised Program
Together with you, your support network, and your Ability Advocates team, we’ll design a program just for you. It will be based on your goals and our evaluation to help you succeed, transition to work, and secure and maintain a job.
All around Support
We use a strong case management approach, connecting you with all the services and opportunities to help you reach your career goals. This includes NDIS providers, Disability Employment Services (DES), training organisations, and corporate groups and employers.
Working with Employers
We understand that for people with disabilities to succeed at work, we need to create inclusive workplaces. We provide support to workplaces and employers to create an environment that helps you and others with disabilities succeed. This goes beyond adjusting the workplace to creating inclusive workplace cultures.
Regardless of Funding Source
We offer services to all people with disabilities, whether they are NDIS funded or not. We work with you to make sure you get the support you need and connect you with corporate programs with employers we work with. These programs aim to create a more inclusive and representative workplace
